We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, medical advice, or professional services of any kind. We are solely a referral and directory service. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal or medical advice.

Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as described in Section 6.
All listings are subject to review and approval by Car Accident Samaritans. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that:
Listed professionals agree to respond to referred clients in a timely manner and to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions with users referred through our Site.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Car Accident Samaritans to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your enrollment date. You will receive an email receipt for each payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at billing@caraccidentsamaritans.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your listing until the end of the paid period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days written notice of any price changes via email.
All content on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Car Accident Samaritans or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without express written permission.
